BARBECUPS
2 pkgs. of Pillsbury (or other) canned biscuits
¾ lb. ground meat
½ cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsps. brown sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion or one very small onion diced
¾ cup cheddar cheese
Brown the ground meat, drain out the liquid.
Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and onion and blend well.
Grease cupcake pans. Flatten each biscuit to form a cup in the cupcake pan.
Put the meat mixture into each cup. Bake 350 degrees 10 minutes until golden
brown.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and let it melt on top.
