NANCY  DILILLO'S  MEAT SAUCE




In a large pot brown garlic, sliced onions, and ½ lb. cooked Italian sausage.

When browned, add 3 6 oz. cans of Contadina Italian style tomato paste and three cans of water. Stir well, add spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, fresh parsley, fresh basil, and crushed red pepper. Blend and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add three 28 0z. cans of Redpack crushed tomatoes and three 28 0z. cans of Progresso Tomato puree.
Simmer for three hours, stirring often.
